1. Introduction

Welcome to StarGoldPro.com™, the official website of StarGoldPro OÜ. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you are a professional client and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.

StarGoldPro OÜ is the legal entity operating this website and the contracting party for all professional sales and services offered through StarGoldPro.com™.

3. Professional Access & Account Registration

StarGoldPro.com™ is exclusively reserved for qualified salon professionals and approved business partners. We do not sell to the general public, and our products are not available in retail outlets.

To access pricing, place orders, or view professional-only content, professionals must first register for an account.

  • Registration may be completed directly by the professional or initiated by one of our authorised consultants to simplify the process.
  • Account creation is not automatic. Each application is manually reviewed by our team, who may contact the applicant to verify their professional status.
  • StarGoldPro OÜ reserves the right to reject or revoke access to any account or order that does not meet our professional eligibility criteria.
  • Regardless of who initiates the registration, the final client (registrant) must confirm the account and explicitly accept our Terms & Conditions via a confirmation email.
  • By activating the account or placing an order, the client confirms that they are a licensed or qualified professional, or an authorised business entity legally permitted to use and apply professional-grade cosmetic products in a salon or equivalent setting.

Registered professionals agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and are responsible for all activity carried out under their account credentials.

Use of our products is restricted to trained professionals. You are responsible for using them in accordance with our instructions, applicable safety guidelines, and local legislation. Improper use may result in injury, damage, or regulatory violation, for which StarGoldPro OÜ disclaims all responsibility.

4. Ordering & Availability

Only approved professional clients may place orders through StarGoldPro.com™. Placing an order constitutes a binding request for the selected products, subject to availability and written confirmation.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by StarGoldPro OÜ and are confirmed only upon written validation (typically via email or platform confirmation).
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as stock shortages, account status, or suspected misuse.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice.

5. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in euros (€), exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
  • 100% prepayment is required for all orders.
  • Payment methods accepted include secure bank wire transfers and major credit or debit cards, subject to availability in the buyer’s country or region.
  • For clients within the Eurozone, we strongly recommend SEPA wire transfers via IBAN for faster processing and minimal banking fees.
  • For security reasons, our bank name and IBAN origin are not published online. Payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • A final invoice is issued once payment has been received and the order is ready to be dispatched.
  • Late or unverified payments may cause delays in order processing or shipping.
  • All payments must be made in euros (€). We do not accept payments in other currencies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Shipping Policy

StarGoldPro OÜ currently ships to selected countries, including France, Portugal, and Spain. Additional territories may be added over time based on market availability and logistics capacity.

Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and the contents of the order. Estimated delivery times and tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, courier performance, or unforeseen delays.

  • All shipments are fulfilled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Risk of loss and title passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
  • Clients are responsible for any applicable import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance costs at the destination.
  • StarGoldPro OÜ is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.
  • We recommend inspecting your delivery immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies or visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Returns & Resolution Process

Due to the nature of professional cosmetic products, returns are accepted only if the product is defective or incorrect, and must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.
  • Returns are only accepted with prior written approval.
  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind, unauthorised resale, or improper use of the product.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service Team and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos showing any visible defect, damage, or error in the product or packaging

Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond within 3–5 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after inspection of the returned goods and confirmation that all return conditions have been met.

8. Product Use, Safety & Ingredient Responsibility

StarGoldPro™ products are formulated exclusively for use by qualified salon professionals. These high-performance products contain active ingredients that deliver optimal results only when applied in accordance with professional techniques and standards.

  • All products are strictly for external use only.
  • Products must be handled and applied only by trained professionals, following proper strand testing, hair diagnostics, and recommended application protocols.
  • Professionals are responsible for reviewing and adhering to all usage instructions, safety guidelines, and precautions displayed on the product packaging and label.
  • If a product label includes a specific warning regarding use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, such warnings must be respected.
  • StarGoldPro.com™ training and certification are strongly recommended to ensure safe, effective, and compliant application of our products. Salons are encouraged to contact our team or an authorised consultant to schedule onboarding and professional support.
  • By placing an order or using StarGoldPro™ products, the salon confirms that its personnel are qualified professionals who will follow all usage instructions, safety protocols, and professional best practices.
  • StarGoldPro OÜ disclaims responsibility for any damage caused by misuse or application by untrained or unauthorised individuals.

Regulatory Note:

In accordance with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, all StarGoldPro™ products are fully registered in the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal).

Regulatory compliance, ingredient safety evaluations, and product documentation are overseen by our designated Responsible Person (RP):

StarGoldPro OÜ disclaims any liability for damage, injury, or legal consequences resulting from misuse, off-label application, or use by unqualified individuals.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to product names, descriptions, images, formulas, instructions, manuals, designs, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of StarGoldPro OÜ or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws.

  • The name StarGoldPro™ is a registered and protected trademark, used by StarGoldPro OÜ under exclusive authorisation from the rights holder.
  • No part of this website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, translated, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from StarGoldPro OÜ or the trademark owner.
  • Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of StarGoldPro OÜ in connection with any product or order shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the products concerned.

  • StarGoldPro OÜ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, lost profits, reputational harm, or delays in delivery.
  • We do not accept liability for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper application, off-label use, or use by individuals who are not qualified professionals.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

If you believe your rights have been infringed under these Terms or applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the competent court of the Republic of Estonia or raise the matter with a relevant supervisory authority in your country of residence.

12. Consultants & Prescribers

StarGoldPro.com™ collaborates with a network of independent consultants and prescribers who are authorised to recommend our products to qualified professionals and assist them in creating a client account.

Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Consultants may assist in introducing the brand, guiding new clients, and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Consultants are not authorised to place orders on behalf of clients without the client’s explicit validation.
  • All client accounts created with the assistance of a consultant are subject to manual review and require final confirmation by the client.

Commissions & Incentives:

  • Any commissions, bonuses, or incentive payments earned by consultants are governed by separate written agreements or incentive programs, which do not form part of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Changes to These Terms

StarGoldPro OÜ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

  • The most recent version will always be published on this page, along with the applicable “Last updated” date.
  • By continuing to use our website or services after any such changes are published, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
  • We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

StarGoldPro OÜ is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

  • We collect, use, and store personal data only for legitimate business purposes, such as account management, order fulfilment, client service, and operational communications.
  • We do not sell your personal data and only share it with trusted service providers who are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time, where applicable under the law.
  • Requests can be submitted by contacting our team directly.

15. Environmental Responsibility

StarGoldPro OÜ complies with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations for packaging waste in all countries where it operates. We are registered with the following national authorities:

  • Spain: Registration pending

We encourage our professional clients to recycle all packaging materials responsibly and in accordance with local waste sorting regulations.
