Professional Standards

StarGoldPro.com™ is a brand reserved for professional salons and independent stylists.

These standards explain how we operate: professional access, controlled distribution, traceability, training, support and the use of the system in real salon conditions.

The goal is simple: to protect the salon channel, support more consistent execution and keep the professional at the centre of the client relationship.

Professional Access and Controlled Distribution

No direct sales to the public.

Access is through a professional account, with prior validation.

This validation helps preserve the professional nature of the channel, limit unsuitable access and maintain non-public professional conditions.

Controlled distribution also supports traceability and protects the value of the salon.

Training, Protocols and Certification

Technical protocols provide a clear working framework.

Training helps users better understand the system, reduce hesitation and support more consistent execution.

Certification recognises mastery of the system.

It does not replace professional access and does not grant access on its own.

Use in Real Salon Conditions

The StarGoldPro.com™ system is designed for professional use.

Three principles remain essential:

  1. Start with a professional hair assessment.
  2. Follow the protocol rigorously.
  3. Perform a strand test when in doubt.

The protocol provides the framework.

The professional remains in control: observing, deciding, adjusting and carrying out the service according to the hair, the objective and real salon conditions.

Technical Support and Responsibility

Initial guidance and technical support are available through StarGoldPro.com™ and its consultants.

The objective is to help the salon integrate the system methodically, without having to improvise alone when faced with technical cases.

Each professional remains responsible for their assessment, technique, evaluation of the hair and execution in the salon.

EU Framework and Traceability

Products are notified in the CPNP.

They are under the responsibility of a designated Responsible Person for the EU market.

Manufacturing follows Good Manufacturing Practice applicable to cosmetics, in line with ISO 22716.

This framework supports documented, traceable and coherent professional use.

Environmental Responsibility

Packaging is designed to facilitate recycling.

StarGoldPro.com™ complies with applicable packaging EPR obligations in the countries where the brand operates.

This responsibility is part of a simple logic: offering a compact professional system, with 8 essential products and a clearer organisation for the salon.

Professional Tools for Qualified Professionals

StarGoldPro.com™ does not aim to normalise access to technical products.

The brand prioritises a clear professional framework: validated access, technical protocols, support and traceability.
